CANCER PATIENT DISCOUNT
For recipients with premature ovarian insufficiency as a result of treatment for cancer, a one-time discount of $300 will be applied.
We honor those who serve or have served in the military with a one time discount of $300. For those military members who developed premature ovarian insufficiency as a result of injuries sustained during service, a one-time discount of $500 will be applied.

We are unaware of any CPT, HCPCS, or other medical or billing codes for purchased donor egg cohorts on a stand-alone basis. As such, we can not provide clients with a code to submit to their insurance plans for reimbursement.
